I connected with Lyman Starmer via our mutual friend Micah. Myself and Lyman would meet up for coffee one morning each week to talk shop, compare notes and brainstorm projects we were working. We got the idea to take one of Lymans existing products and add an AI element. I had been playing with AI models for fun using my NFL dataset and Lyman was looking for ways to add value to his Real Estate data. What started as a decent use case for fun to learn AI modeling on a proprietary dataset turned into an actual product.

Deli is an AI property search widget installed on residential real estate brokerage websites. Site visitors can search for homes using natural language with expanded and enhanced search criteria.
